Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Age: 45 years
• Maximum Age: 55 years

Educational Qualification

• Graduation or any equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution

Experience

• Must be a commissioned officer (at least to the rank of Captain or equivalent) with a minimum of five years’ service in:
  • Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force
  • Para Military Forces
  • Police Department (with equivalent rank and experience)
• Must possess working knowledge of modern security systems and equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work under the general supervision and direction of top management
• Plan and implement security strategy across the bank
• Oversee and provide guidance to Security Officers on all security-related issues.
• Liaise with police, fire services, and government agencies for coordinated efforts
• Gather intelligence and formulate security policy in line with RBI and government guidelines
• Conduct security audits and surprise checks at branches and ATMs
• Develop protocols for cash movement and emergency response
• Oversee private security staff and ensure compliance
• Advise regional offices on physical security matters
• Monitor and maintain CCTV surveillance systems
• Carry out any duties assigned by competent authorities
