Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Graduate Apprentices and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices for one-year apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 (as amended). This opportunity is available for candidates who have completed their Graduation/Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics) or are General Stream Graduates who have passed out in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Eligibility Conditions:

1. National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) Registration: Candidates must register online with NATS and have a valid approved NATS ID. Applications without this ID will be rejected during document verification.
2. Education Qualification: Candidates should have completed the prescribed educational qualifications as per the training notification. No additional weightage will be given for higher qualifications beyond the required minimum.
3. Year of Passing: Candidates who passed in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 are eligible for application.
4. Age Limit: As of September 1, 2025, candidates must be between 18-25 years (Born between September 1, 2000, and September 1, 2007).
   • SC/ST Candidates: Upper age relaxation of 5 years
   • OBC-NCL Candidates: Upper age relaxation of 3 years

Stipend Details:

• Graduate Apprentices: ₹9,000/- per month
• Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: ₹8,000/- per month
• Note: Candidates must arrange their own accommodation and other expenses during training.

Application Process:

Step 1: Prepare the Required Information

• Active email ID and mobile number
• Verified NATS portal registration details
• Education certificates and other required documents

Step 2: Online Application Submission

1. Candidates are required to submit their applications exclusively through the official KRCL website: https://konkanrailway.com/.
2. Navigate to Quick Links → Graduate Apprentice/Technician Apprentice section and start the application process.
3. Read all instructions carefully before filling in the application.
4. Fill in all the required details accurately.
5. A unique registration number will be generated after submission.

7. Once submitted, the application cannot be modified.

Step 3: Document Verification (DV)

Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification (DV) and must bring:

• Candidates must present the original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies for verification.
• Matriculation/SSC certificate (for name and date of birth verification)
• Degree/Diploma certificates (as applicable)
• Valid caste certificate (for reserved category candidates)

Important Instructions for Candidates:

• Name, father’s name, and date of birth must match the Matriculation/SSC certificate.
• Candidates with name changes must provide legal documentation (Gazette Notification, etc.).
