The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), a joint venture of the Government of India and participating State Governments (Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh), under the administrative control of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, is responsible for implementing the high-speed Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) across the NCR. As part of this transformative infrastructure initiative, NCRTC is inviting applications for the position of Consultant (Electrical) on a contractual basis from highly experienced and retired professionals.

Salary Details

• The selected candidates will receive a lumpsum remuneration of ₹58,254/- per month.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a UGC-recognized Indian university or institution approved by AICTE.

Experience:

• Minimum 25 years of work experience in relevant fields.
• Should have hands-on experience in:
  • Electrical utility shifting
  • Contract management
  • Drafting bid documents
  • Project planning and execution
  • Operation and maintenance of electrical systems
  • Induction of new technology
  • Strategic policy planning
  • Corporate-level assignments

Pay Scale at Superannuation:

• CDA: Minimum 6 years in pay level Rs. 78800–209200 (L12) or above
• IDA: Rs. 90000–240000 (E6 level) or above

Contract Tenure

• The initial engagement will be for one year, extendable based on organizational requirements and performance.
