Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 21 July 2025)

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 35 years

    • APST candidates: 5 years
    • PwBD: 10 years (15 years for APST-PwBD)
    • Ex-servicemen: Age relaxation as per GoI rules

Educational Qualifications (Post-wise)

  1. Agriculture Field Assistant (Jr) (Post Code 07/25):
    • Class XII (Science) passed from a recognized board
  2. Data Entry Operator (Post Code 08/25):
    • Class XII passed
    • Typing speed: 35 WPM on computer
    • Minimum 6-month Diploma in Computer Application (recognized by APCTE/AICTE)
  3. Fishery Demonstrator (Post Code 09/25):
    • Class XII (Science) with Biology
  4. Laboratory Assistant (Post Code 10/25):
    • Class XII with Science + Certificate course in Lab Assistant
    • Desirable: 2 years of practical experience
  5. Lower Division Clerk (Post Code 11/25):
    • Class XII pass
    • Typing speed: 35 WPM
    • 6-month Computer Diploma (APCTE/AICTE recognized)
  6. Mandal (Post Code 12/25):
    • Class XII with Mathematics/Geography/Diploma in Civil/Survey Engineering
    • Certificate in GIS/ETS/Remote Sensing/Total Station (minimum 3 months)
  7. Sanitary Inspector (Post Code 13/25):

  • General Intelligence & Reasoning: 50 marks (25 questions)
  • Arithmetical & Numerical Ability: 50 marks (25 questions)
  • English Language & Comprehension: 50 marks (25 questions)

Stage II – Skill Test (For DEO & LDC Only)

  • Typing Test: 35 WPM
  • Candidates must qualify in both stages for final selection.

Documents Required During Exam

  • Original identity proof such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, or Driving License.
  • Admit Card (to be downloaded from APSSB portal)
