MHA Director Recruitment Notification 2025 – Eligibility, Salary
The Ministry of Home Affairs invites nominations to fill two (02) Director-level positions (pay level 13) within the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (14C), Cyber & Information Security Division. Role Profiles
1. Director – Administration & Vigilance
- Vacancies: 1
- Responsibilities:

- Essential Qualification:
- Degree in any discipline or Law
- Minimum 10 years of administrative experience, with at least 4 years in cybercrime or related investigative work
- Desirable Qualification:
- Master’s in Computer Applications, IT, or Electronics/CS/IT-related engineering
2. Director – Training & Curriculum
- Vacancies: 1
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage cybercrime training modules (classroom and e-learning)
- Update curriculum and establish cyber range capabilities
- Essential Qualification:
- Degree in any discipline or Law
- Minimum 10 years in administration, with 4 years in cyber investigation/training
- Desirable Qualification:
- Master’s in Computer Applications, IT, or engineering degrees in related fields
Eligibility Requirements
Who can apply?
- Officers from Central/State Governments, Union Territory Administrations, PSUs, statutory/autonomous bodies, universities, and research institutions
- Either:
- Currently serving in a similar position on a regular basis, or
- Having completed five years of service in Level 12 pay scale (₹78,800–2,09,200) in their current department or cadre.
Additional Conditions:
- No pending departmental action
- Integrity must be certified
- No major/minor penalties in the last 10 years

- Copies of ACRs/APARs from the last five years must be submitted, with each page properly attested.
