Terms of Appointment

• Re-employment on an annual contract basis, extendable based on performance and company requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

For Retired Officers from CDA Scale (Railways/Government Departments)

• Must have retired or taken voluntary withdrawal (VR) in PB- 4 with Grade Pay ₹ 10,000 (6th CPC) or position- 14 (7th CPC).

For Retired Officers from IDA Scale (PSUs/JV Companies)

• Must have retired or taken voluntary retirement (VR) in E-8 level with a pay scale of ₹51,300–73,000 (2nd PRC) or ₹1,20,000–2,80,000 (3rd PRC).

Experience Required

Candidates must have experience in:

• Rail Operations & Traffic Planning
• Business Development & Public Relations
• Railway & Infrastructure Projects
• Maintenance & Operations

Note: Higher pay scales due to ACP/MACP/NF will not be considered for eligibility.

Pay Scale & Remuneration

The named seeker will admit the following payment and benefits:

• Basic Pay: ₹1,20,000 per month (Starting Pay)
• IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance): As per company rules
• HRA (House Rent Allowance): As applicable
• Cafeteria Perks: 20% of Basic Pay
• Conveyance Allowance:
  • ₹25,000 per month (if vehicle is not provided)
  • If a company vehicle is provided, conveyance allowance will not be paid, and cafeteria perks will be reduced by 1%.
• Mobile/Landline/Broadband Reimbursement: Up to ₹1,500 per month
• No Performance-Related Pay (PRP) or TADK will be provided.
