Educational Qualification and Experience
Junior Resident Engineer (Civil/Electrical)
- Essential Qualification: B.Tech in Civil/Electrical Engineering
- Desirable: M.Tech in respective discipline
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in public or industrial sector projects involving general civil works, roads, bridges, water resources, coastal or marine structures.
Resident Engineer (Civil)
- Essential Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Desirable: M.Tech
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in infrastructure projects (as above)
Senior Resident Engineer (Civil)
- Essential Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Desirable: M.Tech
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in large-scale infrastructure projects (as above)
Job Responsibilities
Selected engineers will assist TRC and KIIFB in:
- Monitoring execution and compliance of infrastructure projects.
- Reviewing design documents, technical standards, and contractor claims.
- Visiting project sites, assessing ongoing work status, and drafting detailed progress reports.
- Coordinating with Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and checking data accuracy in the Project Monitoring and Alert System (PMAS).
- Providing inputs on contract variations, safety compliance, quality assurance, and project documentation.
