Pay Scale and Benefits
The selected candidate will be placed in Pay Band 4, enjoying the following structure:

Eligibility Criteria
Citizenship & Domicile
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen as per Articles 5–8 of the Constitution.
- Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- Valid Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate must be uploaded as proof.
Educational Qualification
- Postgraduate Degree in Management or Business Administration is essential.
- All applicable semester/year mark sheets and certificates indicating the subjects studied must be uploaded.
Experience Requirement
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management is mandatory.
- Eligible experience must be gained in a Government organization, Public Sector Enterprise, Statutory body, or Reputed Private Sector organization.

- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 38 years
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years (up to 43 years)
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years (up to 41 years)

Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)
