Pay Scale and Benefits

The selected candidate will be placed in Pay Band 4, enjoying the following structure:

• Pay Scale: ₹30,000 to ₹1,10,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria

Citizenship & Domicile

• The candidate must be an Indian citizen as per Articles 5–8 of the Constitution.
• Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
• Valid Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate must be uploaded as proof.

Educational Qualification

• Postgraduate Degree in Management or Business Administration is essential.
• All applicable semester/year mark sheets and certificates indicating the subjects studied must be uploaded.

Experience Requirement

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management is mandatory.
• Eligible experience must be gained in a Government organization, Public Sector Enterprise, Statutory body, or Reputed Private Sector organization.
• Supporting documents must be uploaded.

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 38 years

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years (up to 43 years)
• OBC/MOBC: 3 years (up to 41 years)
• Ex-Servicemen: Up to 50 years (Unreserved); additional relaxation for reserved categories.
• PwBD: 10 years across all categories

Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)

While the post is not reserved for PwBD, candidates with benchmark disabilities (≥40%) are allowed to apply under the general category. However, they will be evaluated according to the general merit list without reservation benefits.

In accordance with Assam Government’s notification dated 6th November 2019, candidates must submit a declaration affirming compliance with the Small Family Norms (Form A). The declaration should be uploaded during application.

2. Provide the necessary personal and contact details while completing the registration form.
3. After OTR, log in and update details such as education, experience, photograph (50–200 KB), and signature.
4. Select the post and proceed with filling out the application form.
5. Upload all relevant documents (Max size: 2 MB per file in PDF format).
6. Preview and finalize the form before submission.
7. Make the application fee payment online and keep a copy of the e-receipt for future reference.
8. Save a copy of the submitted application form for later use or reference.
