The National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), a technical support institution under the National Health Mission (NHM), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), has invited applications for the post of Consultant – Human Resources. Salary (Remuneration)
- Monthly Salary Range: ₹60,000 to ₹1,20,000
(The fee offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.)

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (Essential):
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com / B.A / BBA) from a recognized university/institute
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in HR administrative work in social sector, INGO, or government institutions
Desirable Qualifications:
- Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, database management, etc.)
- Experience with HR procedures in government or social sector recruitment, HR documentation, and compliance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in multitasking, and a team-oriented mindset.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong MS Excel proficiency
- Experience with HR MIS and database handling
- Familiarity with office procedures, noting, drafting, onboarding, and payroll processes
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, contract renewals, and exit formalities
- Ensure precise and organized maintenance of HR records in both electronic and hard copy formats.
- Support payroll, ID card management, group insurance, training facilitation, and panel logistics
- Maintain employee records for audits (ISO/ISQua compliance)
- Coordinate with branch offices and assist HR Manager and Executive Director as required
