Eligibility Criteria

From among officers under Central/State Governments, PSUs or Autonomous Bodies:

A) Officers holding:

• Equivalent positions held on a regular basis in the current department or parent organization.
  OR
• 5 years of regular service in PB-2 with Grade Pay Rs. 5,400
  OR
• 6 years of regular service in PB-2 with Grade Pay Rs. 4,800

B) Educational Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree from a recognized university
• 10 years’ experience in government/semi-government departments, of which at least 5 years should be in a supervisory role
• Must possess administrative experience in personnel management with sound knowledge of accounts, budgeting, budgetary control, government rules, and procedures

Terms and Conditions

• Tenure: Initially for 3 years; extendable based on performance and requirement
• Deputation will be governed by DoPT rules and applicable guidelines
• The parent department must verify all application details and endorse the applicant’s integrity and service record
