Pay Scale

The selected candidate will be entitled to a salary in Pay Band-2, Functional Pay Level-B of ₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100 as per the 7th CPC pay matrix.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• A Master’s Degree in English with at least 50% marks from a recognized university.
• Must have studied Hindi up to matriculation level or equivalent.

Age Limit (as on closing date – 20 July 2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 42 years

Age Relaxation

• SC/BC (Haryana): 5 years
• PwBD: 5 years (Additional 5 years if PwBD candidate also belongs to SC/BC/EWS, subject to max age of 52 years)
• Widows/Divorced/Unmarried Women/Judicially separated: 5 years
• Ex-Servicemen: Military service duration + 3 years
• Contractual/Adhoc Workers in Haryana Govt. Departments: Age relaxation will be given based on the number of years of completed service, up to a maximum age limit of 52 years.

Selection Process
