Essential Qualifications:
- Must possess a medical qualification listed under Schedule I or II or Part II of the third schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
- Postgraduate qualification such as MD/MS or equivalent, OR MHA (Master in Hospital Administration) or an equivalent recognized degree.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 10 years of hospital administration experience in a senior role after obtaining the PG qualification, preferably in hospitals with at least 300 beds.
2. Executive Engineer (Civil) (Group ‘A’)
- No. of Posts: 1
- Pay Level: Level 11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700)
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years
Eligibility (Deputation Basis):
Officers from Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, or R&D organizations who are:
- Holding analogous post on regular basis, or
- Assistant Engineers (Civil) with at least 5 years of service in Level 10, or
- Junior Engineers (Civil) with 7 years of regular service in Level 7
3. Personal Assistant (Group ‘B’)
- No. of Posts: 1
- Pay Level: Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years
Eligibility (Deputation Basis):
- Holding analogous post on regular basis or
- With 10 years of regular service in Level 4 (Grade Pay ₹2400) in the pay matrix.
Tenure of Deputation
- The standard deputation period shall be three years, extendable as per Government of India rules.
- Deputation will be governed by standard terms as outlined in DoPT O.M. No. 6/8/2009-Estt.(Pay II) dated 17.06.2010 and subsequent amendments.
General Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: Only officers from Central/State/UT Government departments, autonomous bodies, universities, or statutory institutions are eligible. Applications from non-government employees will not be considered.
- Verification: The Cadre Controlling Authority of the applicant must verify and forward the application through the proper channel.
