Bank of Baroda BSVS Recruitment 2025: FLC Counselor Vacancy at Rudrapur RSETI
Baroda Swarojgar Vikas Sansthan (BSVS), under the aegis of Bank of Baroda, has released a recruitment notification for the post of FLC Counselor at RSETI Rudrapur, located in Udham Singh Nagar District, Uttarakhand. Salary

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to those with a postgraduate degree in:
- Agriculture
- Veterinary Science
- Sociology
- Psychology
- Social Work
Language and Skills
- Must be well conversant with the local language.
- Should have a flair for teaching.
- Must possess sound computer knowledge.
- Must have strong knowledge in Banking, Insurance, Investments, Pension Schemes, Law, and Finance.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills are essential.
Experience
Applicants must fulfill any one of the following experience requirements:
- Retired banker (Officer Cadre) with a minimum of 5 years in a nationalized bank, RRB, or private bank.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or related fields, such as NBFCs or Financial Institutions.
- Business Correspondent / BC Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent professional experience.
- Ex-RSETI Director with a minimum of 3 years’ experience or former RSETI Faculty member with at least 5 years of service.
Residential Requirement
- The candidate should be a resident of Uttarakhand.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Udham Singh Nagar District.
Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting counseling and awareness sessions at the Financial Literacy Centre (FLC) in line with RBI guidelines.
- Promoting financial awareness among rural populations regarding savings, credit, insurance, pensions, and digital banking.
- Interacting regularly with SHGs, farmers, youth, and small entrepreneurs to promote financial literacy.
Selection Process
- Mode of Selection: Interview Only
- Shortlisting of candidates will be carried out considering their academic credentials and relevant professional experience.
- Interview calls will be extended solely to candidates who are shortlisted.
Contract Terms
- Contract Period: 12 months
- Renewal: Based on satisfactory performance and subject to not crossing 65 years of age
- Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with one month’s notice or equivalent salary in lieu thereof
Leave Policy
- Casual Leave: 1 day per completed month (maximum of 12 days per year)
- Sick Leave: 15 days per year on a pro-rata basis

- BSVS Trust reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without assigning a reason by providing one month’s notice or salary in lieu.
