Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navaratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, is inviting applications for temporary software roles in its Software Division (Software SBU) to support the execution of major national projects.

Salary and Benefits

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

• Applicants must be Indian citizens.

Age Relaxation

As per Government guidelines:

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• SC/ST: 5 years
• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities get an age relaxation of 10 years, along with any other category-based benefits.

Selection Process

For Senior and Junior Software Trainee-I

• Written Test of 100 marks
• Merit-based selection by category and discipline

For Software Professionals-I

• Written Test of 85 marks
• Interview for candidates shortlisted from the test
• Final selection based on combined merit

Software Professionals-I must have relevant industrial experience (minimum five years) in these domains. Training or teaching experience is not considered valid.
