Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL), a joint venture between the Government of India and the Government of Karnataka, is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for various managerial positions in the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Wing. The positions will be filled either on a contractual basis or through deputation.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience (Post-wise)

• GM (Traction/RS):
  B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics; 23+ years of experience in Electrification, Power Supply, or Rolling Stock in Railways/Metro, with at least 5 years in senior roles.
• DGM (Traction/RS):
  B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics; 17+ years of relevant experience with 5 years in executive roles.
• DGM (E&M):
  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with over 17 years of expertise in E&M systems and traction, including experience in system interfacing.
• DGM (Operations):
  B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical/ECE/Computer Science; 17+ years in Metro/Railway operations or projects.
• DGM (Safety):
  B.E. + Diploma in Safety Management; 17+ years in safety functions in Rail/Metro.
• DGM (SSM):
  B.E. in Civil Engineering; 17+ years in Permanent Way/Track/Civil Maintenance.
• DGM (AFC/Tele):
  B.E. in ECE/Telecom/CS; 17+ years in signaling/telecom in Metro/Railway/Telecom firms, with at least 5 years at senior level.

Tenure of Appointment

• Contract: Initially for 1–3 years, extendable based on performance.
• Deputation: As per standard deputation norms.
• Either side can terminate with a notice period of 1–3 months or pay in lieu of notice.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience.
• Final selection through interview conducted by a committee.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
