Central Sanskrit University Recruitment 2025: 15 Young Professional Vacancies
Central Sanskrit University, Delhi, is looking to hire 15 Young Professionals on a contractual basis for its headquarters in Janakpuri, New Delhi. This initiative aims to strengthen the University’s academic, administrative, and outreach efforts across its multiple campuses. Candidates will be selected based on qualifications, relevant experience, and a multi-stage evaluation process. The contract is initially for one year, with possible annual extension up to a maximum of three years based on performance and institutional needs.
Important Dates

- Aptitude Test: Scheduled at regional centres in Delhi, Bhopal, Kolkata, Bangalore, and Jaipur (subject to sufficient candidate turnout)
- Final Selection (Round 3 – Document Verification, Written Personality Test, Group Discussion, Interview): Conducted in Delhi; dates communicated 15 days in advance to shortlisted candidates

Age Limit & Relaxations
- Maximum Age: 28 years as on 23 June 2025
- Age Relaxation:

- OBC-NCL: +3 years

Candidates should not exceed the age limit after applicable relaxations.
Vacancy & Area-wise Distribution
Total vacancies: 15 Young Professional positions, divided into three categories:
- Academic-Related Research and Planning (4 posts)
- Management-Related Functions (4 posts)
- Process Evaluation, Design & Administration (7 posts)
Candidates may apply for only one category.
A. Academic-Related Research & Planning (4 Posts)
- Key Tasks: Academic administration, Tribal Research Centre initiatives, and Library services
- Qualification: Graduation/Post-graduation in Public Administration, Sociology, Literature, Development Studies, Education, Political Science, Economics, Engineering, Library Science, or related fields
- Experience:
- At least 4 years post-graduate experience, or
- Minimum 2 years post-postgraduate (if postgraduation completed)
- Must demonstrate research/documentation experience
- Desirable:
- Familiarity with National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, Indian Knowledge Systems, academic frameworks/accreditation, Tribal Studies, library management
- Digital literacy in research tools, stakeholder interaction
B. Management-Related Works (4 Posts)
- Key Roles: Financial coordination, publication marketing, international collaboration management, and event oversight
- Qualification: Graduation/Post-graduation in Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or related areas
- Experience:
- At least 4 years after graduation, or
- Minimum 2 years post-postgraduate
- Hands-on exposure to financial and commercial work, team coordination
- Desirable Skills:
- Experience in market research, organizing events, managing content, effective written and verbal communication, and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
C. Process Evaluation, Design & Administration (7 Posts)
- Key Assignments: Administrative coordination, distance education support, process evaluation covering institutional schemes/exams, recruitment policy implementation, and institutional data analysis
- Qualification: Graduation/Post-graduation in Public Administration, Public Policy, Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Management, Statistics, Computer Applications, Engineering, or similar fields
- Experience:
- Minimum 4 years post-graduation experience, or
- At least 2 years post-postgraduate
- Should have expertise in proposal development, impact assessment, data analysis
- Desirable Experience:
- Process design, policy analysis, financial coordination, stakeholder communication, proposal/program conception
Proficiency and Additional Requirements
- Essential Technical Skills:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Digital office utilities, web-based data analytics, outcome assessment, and Management Information System (MIS) development.
- Communication: Fluency in Hindi and English mandatory; prior Government or PSU experience is advantageous
- Citizenship: Only Indian nationals
- Professional Traits: Innovation, responsibility, team orientation, integrity, adaptability, and a drive for continuous personal and organizational development
Remuneration & Tenure
- The position offers a fixed monthly stipend of ₹60,000, which includes all allowances for the entire duration of the engagement.
- Engagement Duration:
- Initial term of one year
- May be extended annually up to a total of three years based on performance and institutional requirement
- Terms: Contractual role, not eligible for permanent employment; no additional allowances for extra hours or official holidays

Selection Procedure
The evaluation occurs in three structured rounds:
- Online Application screening based on eligibility
- Aptitude Test at regional test centres (Delhi, Bhopal, Kolkata, Bangalore, Jaipur). If insufficient candidates are present, the test centre will be realigned to a nearer location
- Round 3 (on-site in Delhi) involves:
- Document verification
- Written personal statement or statement of purpose
- Group discussion
- Personal interview
