appointment of Adhyapak Sahayak( Assistant Professor) in Non-Government entitlement- in- Aid Colleges for Physically impaired campaigners. This recruitment aims to fill 216 vacancies across various disciplines under the Department of Education’s Resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks (45% for PwD).
• NET/SLET/SET qualification is mandatory (except for Ph.D. holders as per UGC norms).
• For B.Ed. Colleges, candidates must have M.Ed. with 50% marks and NET in Education.

Age Limit

• As per Government of Gujarat norms (relaxation for PwD candidates).

Disability Requirement

• Minimum 40% disability (as per Govt. norms).
• Valid UDID card or Medical Certificate from a Govt. hospital.

Pay Scale

• Fixed Salary: ₹52,000 per month (for the first 5 years).
• After probation, absorption in the regular pay scale as per Gujarat Government rules.

1. Merit-Based Shortlisting (Academic Score + Research + Experience).

Merit Calculation Criteria

• Academic Record (Graduation & Post-Graduation): 25 Marks
• M.Phil/Ph.D.: 10 Marks
• NET/SLET/SET: 8 Marks
• Research Publications: 10 Marks
• Teaching Experience: 10 Marks
