DDA Recruitment 2025: Apply for Consultant Positions in Delhi Development Authority

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced a new recruitment drive for the year 2025, inviting applications from retired engineers for engagement as Consultants at the level of Assistant Engineer (Civil and Electrical). This opportunity is open to former government professionals who have served at Level 7 under the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) and possess at least five years of relevant experience.

Salary / Remuneration

• The remuneration will be fixed as per Level 7 of the 7th CPC, aligned with DDA’s guidelines for consultant engagement.
• Final pay will be based on post-retirement grade, experience, and departmental needs.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Experience
   • The candidate must be a retired officer from the Central or State Government, UT administration, PSU, or any autonomous or statutory organization.
   • Should have served as Assistant Engineer at Level 7 of the 7th CPC
   • At least 5 years of relevant experience at the Assistant Engineer (AE) level is required.
2. Educational Qualification
   • Degree or Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institute
3. Health
   • Should be in sound health and submit a medical fitness certificate
4. Vigilance and Integrity
   • No pending or contemplated vigilance case, disciplinary action, or criminal prosecution at the time of retirement
   • Must not have joined any political party after retirement
5. Performance Record (APARs/ACRs)
   • Five years of APARs/ACRs before retirement required
   • At least four of the five APARs must be rated “Very Good” or above
