DMRC Recruitment 2025: Consultant Doctor (General Physician) for Residential Colonies

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) invites applications from experienced and qualified doctors for the post of Part-Time Consultant Doctor (General Physician) to serve DMRC residential colonies in Delhi/NCR. These are hourly-paid, temporary positions aimed at providing medical care to DMRC employees living in staff quarters.

Vacancy Details

Salary and Remuneration

• Remuneration is Rs. 2,300 per hour (all-inclusive), including transport and other allowances.
• Payment will be based on actual hours worked.
• DMRC holds the authority to revise salary and working hours based on operational needs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  MBBS degree from a recognized university with valid registration from Delhi Medical Council (DMC). Postgraduate degree in General Medicine is preferred.
• Experience:
  Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as a General Physician.
• Age Limit:
  Maximum 65 years as on 30 June 2025.
• Preference:
  Candidates working in similar roles in other PSUs will be preferred.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience.
• Personal interview for shortlisted candidates.
• Final selection will be made on merit and performance in the interview.
• Candidates will not receive any travel or daily allowances for attending the interview.

Additional Information

• Selected doctors are expected to visit the residential colonies approximately once a week or as required.
• The contract will be initially for 3 years with possible extension based on performance.
• Candidates are required to present their original certificates for verification during the interview.
