Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification & Experience
- sheltered officers from Central/ State Government, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, or R&D associations with applicable experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in mechanical engineering applications, electronic systems integration, ammunition safety standards, propulsion system development, or military-grade defense solutions.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior DRDO experience.
2. Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 63 years (as of the closing date of application).
Pay Scale & Remuneration
- For Pensioners:
- Fixed monthly remuneration (Last Pay Drawn – Pension) + Conveyance Allowance (₹3,000 for Level 11, ₹5,000 for Level 12-14).
- For Non-Pensioners:
- Consolidated Salary: ₹60,000 per month + Conveyance Allowance (₹5,000).
- No fresh benefits like DA, HRA, or medical allowances will be handed.

Key Responsibilities of Consultants
