Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the DRDO RCI Internship 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualification

• UG Students: Final-year B.Tech/B.E students (VII/VIII semester) in relevant disciplines.
• PG Students: Final-year M.Tech/M.Sc students in the specified branches.
• Minimum Marks: 75% or above (or 7.5 CGPA) from AICTE/UGC-recognized institutions.

Age Limit

• Maximum 28 years as of the application date.

Pay Scale (Stipend Details)

• Payment Mode: Direct bank transfer in two installments (after 3 months and upon completion).
• Extension: M.Tech/M.Sc students can extend up to 8-10 months (without stipend).
