Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must possess relevant qualifications in their respective disciplines from a recognized university or institution. Additional experience in the related field will be preferred.

Age Limit

• The upper age limit will be as per FSNL’s recruitment norms.
• Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules.

Selection Process

The selection process will include the following stages:

1. Screening of Applications – Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience.
2. Written Test / Personal Interview – Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview or a written test at FSNL’s Corporate Office, Bhilai.
3. Medical Fitness Test – Candidates must pass FSNL’s prescribed medical fitness standards before final selection. No relaxation in medical standards will be allowed.
4. Final Merit List – Based on performance in the written test/interview and subject to the number of vacancies available.
