The Goa State Rural Livelihood Mission (GSRLM), under the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) North Goa, has released a recruitment notification for various contractual positions. This recruitment drive aims to fill 17 vacancies across multiple roles, including State Program Manager, Mission Executive, and Block Managers.

Vacancy Details

GSRLM is recruiting talented professionals for contract-based roles with a 2-year tenure. Available positions include:

1. State Program Manager – Value Addition, Market Linkage & Cluster Development (Farm & Non-Farm)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Essential Qualification: Post Graduate degree/diploma in Rural Management/Food Processing/Marketing or relevant field.
• Experience Required: 7+ years in relevant field.
• Monthly Salary: ₹60,000

2. Mission Executive – HR/Admin

• No. of Posts: 01
• Essential Qualification: Post Graduate degree/diploma in HR Management/Personnel Management/Business Administration.
• Experience Required: 3+ years in HR/Admin.
• Monthly Salary: ₹30,000

3. Block Manager – Livelihood

• No. of Posts: 09
• Essential Qualification: B.Sc Agriculture/Animal Husbandry/BBA Marketing or relevant field.
• Experience Required: 2+ years for Post Graduate, 3+ years for Graduate.
• Monthly Salary: ₹25,000

4. Block Manager – Financial Inclusion

• No. of Posts: 02
• Essential Qualification: B.Com/BBA Finance or relevant field.
• Experience Required: 2+ years for Post Graduate, 3+ years for Graduate.
• Monthly Salary: ₹25,000

5. Block Manager – IBCB

• No. of Posts: 04
• Essential Qualification: Bachelor in Social Work/Sociology/Rural Development/Anthropology.
• Experience Required: 2+ years for Post Graduate, 3+ years for Graduate.
• Monthly Salary: ₹25,000

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• The age criteria will be as per Goa Government norms.

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Candidates must possess the required degree/diploma from a recognized institution.
• Relevant work experience as specified for each post is mandatory.

Residency Requirement

• Preference will be given to Goan candidates.
• Candidates must submit a 15-year valid Resident of Goa Certificate.

Selection Process

• The selection will be based on a Walk-in-Interview.
• Candidates must bring original documents for verification.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
