Salary and Benefits
HSL offers competitive pay under the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) scale along with several benefits:

Reservation
- Vacancies are reserved for SC, ST, OBC, and UR categories as per norms.
- OBC-NCL/EWS certificates must be valid and issued no later than 01 April 2025.

General Eligibility Conditions
- Candidates from Government/PSUs must submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Private sector applicants must provide proof of current CTC and company turnover.
- Training, internships, sabbaticals, or teaching roles will not be counted as experience.
- All educational qualifications must be from recognized institutions.
