Salary Details (Pay Level as per 7th CPC)

• Registrar: Pay Level 14, Entry Pay ₹1,44,200 per month (Group A)
• Superintending Engineer: Pay Level 13, Entry Pay ₹1,23,100 per month (Group A)

Additional benefits such as HRA, LTC, medical facilities, and education allowances are applicable as per rules of Central Autonomous Bodies.

Eligibility Criteria

Registrar (Post Code 001)

Educational Qualification:

• A Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade is required

Experience (either of the following):

1. Academic Track:
   • A total of 15 years of teaching experience is required as an Assistant Professor at Level 11 or higher, with at least 8 of those years served as an Associate Professor at Level 12 or above.
   • Experience must include administrative responsibilities in areas such as establishment, purchase, engineering, finance, legal, estate, etc.
2. Administrative Track:
   • 15 years of administrative experience.
   • At least 8 years as Deputy Registrar at Level 12 or equivalent post in government institutions or reputed autonomous bodies.

Job Role:

• Acts as the custodian of institute records, funds, and properties.
• Serves as Secretary to the Board of Governors, Senate, and Finance Committee.
• Manages key functions related to administration, finance, procurement, legal, and campus development.
• Reports to and works closely with the Director.

Superintending Engineer (Post Code 002)

Educational Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering with First Class or equivalent grade from a recognized university.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of regular service at Pay Level 12 or
• 10 years as Executive Engineer at Pay Level 11
• Experience should be from Central/State Government, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, or institutions of national importance, specifically in handling construction and campus development as per CPWD norms.

Job Role:

• Oversees campus master planning, construction, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Coordinates tendering processes for civil and electrical projects.
• Liaises with the Registrar’s office and supervises technical teams.
