Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications

• M.E/M.Tech/MS(R) in Engineering OR
• 5-year integrated Master’s degree in Engineering OR
• B.Tech + M.Tech Dual Degree OR
• 4-year Bachelor’s degree from a CFTI with minimum CGPA of 8.0 (7.5 for EWS/OBC-NCL; 7.0 for SC/ST/PwD candidates) OR OR
• 4-year Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university with CGPA ≥ 7.0 (6.5 for EWS/OBC-NCL, 6.0 for SC/ST/PwD) with a valid GATE score.
