Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 22 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
Educational Qualification
- Required: Graduate (BA/B.Com/BSW) with Computer Knowledge.
- Preferred: Basic Accounting skills.
Experience & Skills
- Prior experience as an Office Assistant is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Skilled in MS Office (Word & Excel), Tally, and Internet operations.
- Language Skills: Fluency in the local language (spoken & written). English proficiency is an added advantage.
- Additional Requirement: Valid Driving License (preferred).
Pay Scale & Benefits
- Starting Salary: ₹20,000/- per month
- Increments: ₹1,500/- annually (up to ₹27,500/-)
- Allowances:
- Mobile Allowance: ₹300/- per month
- Fixed Conveyance Allowance (FCA): ₹2,000/- per month
- Annual Medical Allowance: ₹5,000/-
- Other Benefits: EPF, ESI, Gratuity as per rules.
