Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications

• PhD in the relevant discipline with First Class or 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in the preceding degree.
• Minimum 3 years of post-PhD teaching/research/industry experience (excluding PhD duration).
• Research Publications:
  • 6 publications in Q1 journals (for DBS, DCS, DPS, HSS).
  • 4 publications in Q1 journals (for DMS & CDS).

Pay Scale & Benefits

• Assistant Professor (Grade-I):
  • Pay Level 12 (₹1,01,500/- initial pay).
  • After 3 years, eligible for Pay Level 13A1 (₹1,31,400/-).
• Additional Benefits:
  • DA, HRA, TA, NPS as per GoI norms.
  • Leave trip Concession( LTC), Children Education Allowance, Medical Payment.
  • Start-up Research Grant, Professional Development Allowance (₹3 Lakhs/3 years).
  • Relocation Allowance (Up to ₹1.25 Lakhs for overseas candidates).

Selection Process

1. Application Screening: Based on academic records, research experience, and publications.
2. Departmental Faculty Advisory Committee (DFAC) Shortlisting: Candidates evaluated on research potential, teaching aptitude, and future plans.
3. Institute Faculty Advisory Committee (IFAC) Review: Final shortlisting for interviews.
4. Interview & Presentation: Shortlisted candidates must present their research and interact with faculty.
5. Final Selection: Based on interview performance and departmental requirements.
