MGCU Vacancy 2025: First Finance Officer & Controller of Examinations Positions Announced
Mahatma Gandhi Central University (MGCU), Motihari, Bihar has announced a fresh recruitment drive for two key administrative positions—First Finance Officer and Controller of Examinations—to be filled on either a Direct or Deputation basis. Eligibility Criteria
1. First Finance Officer
- Educational Qualification:
- A postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade point average is mandatory.
- Experience (any one of the following):
- 15 years of teaching experience with at least 8 years in Academic Level 12 or above.
- Comparable experience in research institutions or other higher education organizations.
- 15 years of administrative experience, including 8 years in the position of Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
- Age Limit:
- Direct Recruitment: Preferably below 57 years
- Deputation: Less than 58 years
- Mode of Recruitment: Direct or Deputation for a period of 3 years or until the age of 62, whichever is earlier.
- Deputation Preference: Officers in organized services like Indian Audit and Accounts Services in Level 12 or above.
2. Controller of Examinations
- Educational Qualification:
- You must have a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
- Experience (any one of the following):
- 15 years of teaching experience with at least 8 years in Academic Level 12 or above.
- Comparable experience in research or higher education institutions.
- 15 years of administrative experience, including 8 years in the position of Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
- Age Limit:
- Direct Recruitment: Preferably below 57 years
- Deputation: Less than 58 years
- Recruitment Type: Either through Direct Appointment or Deputation for a tenure of five years or until the incumbent reaches 62 years of age, whichever comes first.
- Deputation Preference: Individuals holding analogous posts or 8 years of experience in Level 12.
