Mizoram PSC MES Recruitment 2025: Apply Online for Jr. Grade of MES Posts in PWD, Power & Electricity, and PHED Departments

The Mizoram Public Service Commission (MPSC) has released the Jr. Grade of MES (Combined) Examination 2025 notification to recruit engineers for major state departments such as the Public Works Department (PWD), Power & Electricity Department, and Public Health Engineering Department (PHED). The recruitment is for Group ‘A’ Gazetted posts under the Mizoram Engineering Services (MES). Interested and eligible engineering graduates can apply online through the official MPSC portal on or before 25th July 2025.

Salary / Pay Scale

• Salary: Level 10 of the Mizoram Pay Matrix under Group ‘A’ Gazetted posts.
• Salary includes all admissible allowances as per state government norms.

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality:

• Must be a citizen of India.

Educational Qualification:

• Must possess an Engineering Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized Indian/foreign university,
  OR
• Passed Sections A & B of the Institution of Engineers (India) examination with valid certification.

Candidates appearing in final exams may apply, but must produce proof of qualification at the time of interview.

Mizo Language Proficiency:

• Must qualify the Mizo Language Proficiency Test, unless:
  • Studied Mizo up to Class X or higher in Mizoram, or
  • Chose Mizo as MIL outside Mizoram

• Written Examination (based on official syllabus available on MPSC website)
• Interview (only for those who clear the written exam)
