NCLT Recruitment 2025: Joint Registrar, Deputy Registrar & Additional Posts

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has released a notification for the recruitment of Joint Registrar, Deputy Registrar, and Assistant Registrar on a deputation basis. Eligible candidates from Central/State Governments, Courts, Tribunals, and statutory organizations can apply for these positions across various NCLT benches in India.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Joint Registrar

  • Educational Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized university.
  • Experience:
    • Holding analogous post OR
    • Level-12 post with 5 years of service OR
    • Level-11 post with 10 years of service.
  • Required Experience: Administrative and personnel management experience.

2. Deputy Registrar

  • Educational Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized university.
  • Experience:
    • Holding analogous post OR
    • Level-11 post with 5 years of service.
  • Required Experience: Administrative or court-related experience.

3. Assistant Registrar

  • Educational Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized university.
  • Experience:
    • Holding analogous post OR
    • Level-9/10 post with 5 years of service OR
    • Level-8 post with 6 years of service OR
    • Level-7 post with 7 years of service.
  • Required Experience: Administrative or court-related experience.

Pay Scale

  • Joint Registrar: Level-13 (₹1,23,100 – ₹2,15,900)
  • Deputy Registrar: Level-12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200)
  • Assistant Registrar: Level-11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700)

Selection Process

Selection will be based on:

  • Scrutiny of applications
  • Evaluation of experience and qualifications
  • Deputation basis as per government norms
