NMRC is inviting applications for the following positions:

1. General Manager (Electrical)

• No. of Posts: 01 (UR)
• Pay Scale: IDA ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000
• Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience Required: 17 years in Govt. Sector (Metro/Railways/RRTS preferred)

2. General Manager (Civil)

• No. of Posts: 01 (UR)
• Pay Scale: IDA ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000
• Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience Required: 17 years in Govt. Sector (Metro/Railways/RRTS preferred)

3. General Manager (Projects)

• No. of Posts: 01 (UR)
• Pay Scale: IDA ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000
• Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience Required: 17 years in Govt. Sector (Metro/Railways/RRTS preferred)

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 22nd July 2025)

• Deputation: Maximum 56 years
• Immediate Absorption/Direct Recruitment: Maximum 52 years
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years) – Only for reserved posts

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 17 years of post-qualification Group A/Executive experience in Govt. Sector (Private sector experience not considered).
• Preference: Campaigners with experience in Metro Rail, Railroads, or RRTS will be given  precedence.

Pay Scale & Benefits

• Pay Scale: IDA ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000
• Allowances: HRA (27%), IDA (48.7%), Perks (31.5%)
• Other Benefits: PF, Gratuity, Medical Benefits (CGHS Rates)
• Posting: Selected candidates may be posted at any NMRC site across India.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting based on eligibility and experience.
2. Written Test / Interview (Offline Mode).
3. Medical Examination for selected candidates (Direct Recruitment/Immediate Absorption).
