Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

Laboratory Assistant

• Matriculation (10th pass) with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized board.
• Minimum 1 year as a Lab Attendant in a government-approved institution.

Assistant Chemist

• Graduation Degree with Chemistry as a subject OR
• Graduate in Animal Nutrition, Food Processing, or Dairy Technology.

Surveyor

• Matriculation from a recognized board.
• 2-year National Trade Certificate (Surveyor) from a recognized ITI.
• OR Engineering Degree in Civil/Mechanical (if ITI candidates are unavailable).

2. Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age:
  • General: 37 years
  • SC/BC: 42 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: As per Punjab Recruitment Rules
  • Physically Handicapped: 47 years

Age Relaxation:

• Government Employees: Up to 45 years
• Widows/Divorcees: Up to 40 years

3. Punjabi Language Requirement

Candidates must have passed Matric with Punjabi or an equivalent Punjabi language exam.

Pay Scale

• Laboratory Assistant: ₹19,900 (Level-2)
• Assistant Chemist: ₹35,400 (7th CPC)
• Surveyor: ₹19,900 (Level-2)

Selection Process

1. Written Examination (Objective Type)
   • Part A: Punjabi Language (Qualifying – 50% marks required).
   • Part B: Subject-based (Merit-based selection).
2. Document Verification
   • Shortlisted candidates will undergo verification of certificates.
3. Final Merit List
   • Based on Part-B marks.
