Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 30.06.2025)

  • Assistant Manager Posts: 21 to 28 years
  • Deputy Manager Posts: 21 to 30 years
    (Age relaxation applicable as per Government norms. Refer Annexure-III of official notification.)

Educational Qualification & Experience

1. Assistant Manager (Technical)

  • Qualification: Diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Instrumentation / M.Sc. (Electronics) or equivalent
  • Experience: 5 years in relevant domain in Govt./PSU or private company with ₹300 Cr turnover

2. Deputy Manager (Technical – Network/IP)

  • Qualification: BE/B.Tech in relevant fields or MCA / M.Sc. (Electronics)
  • Experience: 2 years + Valid certifications (CCNA, JNCIA, NRS I or higher from Cisco, Juniper, Nokia)

3. Deputy Manager (Technical – Signalling)

  • Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electronics/CS/IT or Diploma/PG Diploma in Rail Signalling
  • Experience: 2 years in signalling work in organizations with ₹300 Cr turnover

4. Assistant Manager (Marketing)

  • Qualification: MBA/PG Diploma (2 years full-time) in Marketing/Telecom/IT
  • Experience: Not mandatory

5. Assistant Manager (Finance)

  • Qualification: MBA/PG Diploma (2 years full-time) in Finance
  • Experience: Not mandatory

All degrees/diplomas must be from recognized institutions approved by AICTE, UGC, or equivalent government bodies.
