The Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) is inviting applications from experienced professionals for key leadership positions at the General Manager level. SECI, a Miniratna Category-I company under the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy, is exclusively dedicated to the development of the Renewable Energy (RE) sector in India. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for these positions, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
General Manager (Renewable)
- A degree in Engineering (preferably Renewable Energy, Electrical, or Mechanical).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.
- Proven expertise in policy-making, project execution, and strategic planning for solar, wind, and hybrid renewable projects.
General Manager (New Technology)
- A degree in Engineering/Technology with specialization in Renewable Energy.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in emerging RE technologies like green hydrogen, battery storage, floating solar, and offshore wind energy.
- Strong knowledge of cutting-edge innovations in the RE sector.
General Manager (Contracts & Procurement)
- A degree in Engineering/Management (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in handling contracts, procurement, and project management within the energy sector.
- Sound understanding of government procurement policies and contract negotiations.
General Manager (HR & Administration)
- A Postgraduate degree or MBA in HR/Personnel Management/Public Administration.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in HR policy-making, recruitment, and workforce management in PSUs or large corporate organizations.
- Proficiency in labor laws, HR technologies, and talent management strategies.
Selection Procedure
- The selection will be based on interview performance.
