Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit (as on 01.04.2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
Age Relaxation
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
2. Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Final- time scholars can apply provisionally but must submit evidence of passing by 30.09.2025.
Pay Scale & Emoluments
- Basic Pay: ₹48,480/- (plus 4 advance increments)
- Approximate CTC (Mumbai): ₹20.43 Lakhs per annum
- Fresh Benefits: DA, HRA, CCA, PF, Medical, LFC, and other gratuities as per bank rules.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of three phases:
1. Phase-I: Preliminary Exam (Online)
- Sections: English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability
- Total Marks: 100
- Duration: 1 hour
2. Phase-II: Main Exam (Online)
- Objective Test: Reasoning, Data Analysis, General Awareness, English
- Descriptive Test: Email Writing, Report Writing, Precis/Situation Analysis
- Total Marks: 250
3. Phase-III: Psychometric Test, Group Exercise & Interview
- Total Marks: 50
Final Merit List
- Normalized marks of Main Exam (75%) + Interview (25%)
