Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

  • B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Electronics & Communication, IT, or Computer Science.
  • B.Sc (Engineering) with a 4-year duration from a recognized university.

2. Experience Requirements

  • Manager (E3): Minimum 6 years of relevant experience (Government/CPSE candidates require 3 years at E2/Level-7 or above).
  • AGM (E4): Minimum 8 years of experience (3 years in E3/Level-8 for Govt./CPSE candidates).
  • DGM (E5): Minimum 11 years of relevant experience (Government/CPSE candidates must have 3 years at E4/Level-10 or equivalent).
  • JGM (E6): Minimum 14 years of experience (3 years in E5/Level-11 for Govt./CPSE candidates).

3. Age Limit (as of 01.10.2025)

  • Manager (E3): Max 36 years
  • AGM (E4): Max 40 years
  • DGM (E5): Max 45 years
  • JGM (E6): Max 49 years

Pay Scale & Salary Details

The selected candidates will receive a competitive salary along with additional allowances:
