THDC India Limited (THDCIL), a Schedule “A” Mini Ratna Public Sector Undertaking, is inviting applications from dynamic and dedicated engineering graduates for the position of Field Engineer (Level I) on a short-term, fixed-tenure basis. THDC India Limited (a Government of India Enterprise accorded Mini Ratna status) invites applications from eligible candidates. With operations in hydro, solar, and wind energy since 1988, the organization provides exposure to large-scale infrastructure development and operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualifications

• Field Engineer (Geo-Technical Engineering):
  • Bachelor’s (B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engg.) in Civil Engineering (60% minimum)
  • Master’s (M.Tech.) in Geo-Technical Engineering
• Field Engineer (Structural Engineering):
  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (60% minimum)
  • Master’s in Structural Engineering
• Field Engineer (Hydrology):
  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (60% minimum)
  • Candidates must possess an M.Tech. degree specializing in any of the following disciplines: (i) Hydrology (ii) Water Resources Engineering (iii) Dam Safety & Rehabilitation
• Field Engineer (Seismology):
  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (60% minimum)
  • Master’s in Earthquake Engineering / Dam Safety & Rehabilitation

Age Limit (as of 11 June 2025)

• Maximum Age: 30 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: +5 years
  • OBC (NCL): +3 years
  • PwBD (General/EWS): +10 years
  • PwBD (OBC NCL): +13 years
  • PwBD (SC/ST): +15 years

(Ex-Servicemen, J&K Domiciled, and other categories as per Govt. norms)

Pay Scale & Benefits

• Fixed Monthly Remuneration: ₹53,580/-
• Conveyance Reimbursement:
  • Four-wheeler: ₹6,620/month
  • Two-wheeler: ₹3,140/month
• House Rent Allowance (HRA): As per city classification (X/Y/Z)
• EPF Contribution: 12% employer + 12% employee deduction
• Leave Benefits: Casual (12), Optional (2), Earned (15), Maternity, Special Additional Leave
• Insurance & Medical:
  • Group Accident Insurance (₹6-15 lakh)
  • OPD/IPD Coverage (up to ₹5 lakh/year)
  • Gratuity & EDLI (₹7 lakh)
